Services
LeadSave provides automated missed-call text-back services for small businesses. When a business that uses our platform misses an inbound call, our system sends an automated text message to the caller on behalf of that business.
SMS Communications
By submitting your phone number to a business using LeadSave — either through a web form or by calling that business — you consent to receive automated text messages from that business through our platform. These messages are transactional and informational. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact reid@tryleadsave.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited communications, to interfere with or disrupt our systems, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
Intellectual Property

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services LeadSave automates SMS responses to missed inbound calls on behalf of home service businesses. When a call goes unanswered, an automated text is sent to the caller notifying them the business will follow up.
SMS Communications By calling a business that uses LeadSave, you may receive an automated SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Client Responsibilities Businesses using LeadSave are responsible for ensuring their use of our service complies with applicable laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
Limitation of Liability LeadSave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other wireless providers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through our platform.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from LeadSave or any business using our platform. By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
